Ad spend is paid to Google directly. LegitScript certification fees are paid to LegitScript. More than 10 locations, a diagnostic clinic launch or a full site rebuild are scoped separately and quoted before we start.

Pricing questions

Why is pricing scoped by Google Business Profile location?

Because that's the unit of work. Each location needs its own profile, its own page, its own tracking number, its own routing and its own line in the portal. A provider with six centers is six times the work of one, whether the six are in one state or five.

Is ad spend included in the retainer?

No. Ad spend is billed to you directly by Google so you always own the account and see every dollar. Growth manages up to $10k a month of spend; Enterprise manages up to $15k, then 12% of spend above that. The retainer covers the people managing it.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

No setup fee. Month to month with 30 days notice. The first month is heavier work for us (intake, tech handoff, build) and we eat that, because we'd rather earn the second month than lock you into it.

What does the 30-day guarantee actually say?

On Growth and Enterprise: if the first 30 days after campaign launch do not produce qualified inquiries logged in your portal, the following month's retainer is waived. 'Qualified' means an inquiry that met your payer and service criteria, not a spam form. It requires the four operating standards to be in place, because no campaign survives leads that don't get called back.

Can we start on Foundation and move up?

Yes, and most do. Foundation proves the organic and review side and gets the portal running. When you're ready for paid, you move to Growth and the routing and tracking are already built.

What's not included?

Website rebuilds, new diagnostic clinic launches, video production and large content programs are scoped separately. We'll tell you the number before we start. Printing, swag and trade-show work we don't do.

Do you offer a discount for more than 10 locations?

We scope above 10 individually. The per-location cost comes down; the reporting and routing complexity goes up. Ask on the call.

See if you qualify.

Fifteen minutes. We look at your locations, your intake and your numbers, and tell you yes or no. If it's no, we still tell you what to fix first.
