Who we are

Lukrah LLC ("Lukrah", "we") is a healthcare marketing agency registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. This policy covers lukrah.com and the Lukrah Portal at portal.lukrah.com.

What we collect

  • Inquiry forms. Name, organization, work email, mobile number, number of locations and the optional fields you choose to complete (payers, levels of care, care levels). We use this to respond to you and to assess fit.
  • Site analytics. Standard web analytics (pages viewed, referring site, device type) collected through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. No health information is collected through analytics.
  • Portal data. For clients, the portal stores inquiry records, timestamps, call logs and outcomes that you and we enter. Where this includes protected health information, it is governed by the Business Associate Agreement between Lukrah and the client, not by this policy.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, to deliver services to clients, to run and improve this site, and to send occasional service updates to clients. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it for us under contract (hosting, email, CRM, call tracking).

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies and, where ads are running, conversion cookies from Google. You can block cookies in your browser. Conversion events we send to ad platforms contain no names, health details or payer information.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@lukrah.com. State-specific rights (including under the CCPA/CPRA for California residents) apply where relevant.

Security and retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and assess fit, then for up to [24 months]. Client portal data is retained for the term of the engagement and exported to the client on exit.

Children

This site is intended for healthcare operators and is not directed at children under 13.
