Calculator outputs, portal samples, lifetime revenue ranges and case descriptions on this site are illustrative models based on client-reported ranges and public industry data. They are not guarantees of inquiries, enrollments, census, occupancy or revenue. Results vary by market, program type, payer mix and adherence to Lukrah's operating standards.

The 30-day guarantee

The guarantee described on this site applies to Growth and Enterprise plans as defined in the signed services agreement, which states the qualifying conditions, including the four operating standards. The site description is a summary; the agreement controls.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Lukrah LLC. Client deliverables (pages, ad accounts, tracking numbers, portal data) are owned by the client as set out in the services agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lukrah LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
